Summary: The hotel is a Surestay property. Clean and comfortable. Hit all our needs. Big room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Easy access. QUIET a/c, and efficient. Coffee always ready in the lobby. Pool and hot tub. Kind staff. Would stay again without question.

Summary: The hotel was absolutely spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and very great with recommendations for local places. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities. The beds were probably some of the best we have ever stayed on at a hotel! Can't wait to stay again!

Summary: This hotel badly needs to be updated and renovated. Wallpaper is peeling, floor tiles cracked, sink cracked, caulking needs to be re-done, carpet worn and stained, hallway walls scraped. Pretty bad condition for the money. The lobby was good. Breakfast was the highlight, although nothing outstanding, just the regular you would expect, but compared to the rest, it was better and the staff was very helpful.

Summary: Hotel was fine very pricey for what you get during Cheyanne frontier days. Room was run down floor was sticky and room was very loud with the room above sounding like it transferred every footstep into a thundering heard of elephants
