Summary: Nice location, comfortable room ( I paid for an upgrade) friendly, good service. Had a really good meal in restaurant one night. Did not like being charged €50 a day for two beach chairs - after paying for the most expensive room available, felt that should be s given.

Summary: 10+!! Cannot say enough good about this wonderful hotel. On top of being spotlessly clean, the location was great and quieter than the historic center. ALL the staff was amazing and so kind and service oriented!! Wish we lived closer so we could go back! : )

Summary: Staff was amazing. Patricio at the bar was inviting amd gave us some great recommendations. You can't beat the location. Far enough from the late night noise but close enough to walk to everything. I would stay here again. The only complaint i have is that the cleaning service was not refilling the shower bottles regularly.

Summary: Staying at hotel chapter Roma exceeded our expectations! It was my first time traveling to Italy and this hotel and its wonderful staff helped in every which way they could. I can’t recommend this enough (especially for anyone traveling from the US - hotel is prime location and walking distance to everything to see/eat). I can’t wait to come back and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in beautiful Roma! Thank you again, hotel chapter Roma, for such a beautiful and memorable stay!
