Positive: It was a beautiful location and the hotel was beautifully decorated inside and easy access to the beach, which was really important to us both

Negative: I I found that the selections offer offered in the restaurants. We’re limited and to be honest a bit pricey. However, we enjoyed going into town to experience a real local cuisine.

Summary: I would recommend hotel chats to anybody when visiting Italy and the Amalfi coast. It is a back door to the Amalfi coast

Positive: Great rooms with a gorgeous sea view and the hotel has a private serviced beach with excellent service. We requested a vegan breakfast and were provided with a full spread of options, including specially prepared vegan croissants every morning.

Negative: This is very nitpicky and it’s the only drawback: the access to the hotel from the village if you’re not driving is through a busy road with no side walks. There’s a shuttle service but it’s not free. Would be amazing if the hotel could provide a free shuttle service (at least for arrivals and departures into Cetara if you’re coming by ferry). There’s a shuttle service but it costs 3€ per person each way and it’s not always reliable. However this location does mean that you get amazing views and a private beach.

Summary: Stunning views of the Mediterranean, private beach and attentive staff.

Positive: The view from the balcony was lovely.

Negative: We booked a quadruple room that stated the room had two double beds. I spent a long time trying to find a hotel with this specific requirement. What we actually got was a double bed and a sofa bed. With the amount of money spent on the stay, I'd expect a better bed. The maintenance team made too much noise (banging around in the room below) in the morning. I was awake already, but it was extremely loud and annoying as it went on for a long time. This kind of work should be done when there are no guests. The breakfast was not as described and was very average.

Positive: Amazing location with. reat views of the sea. The bed was very comfortabel and the room was big enough and has everything you need.

Negative: We found some hairs on the towels. Easy to remove, but not the way it should be.
