Summary: Hotel service is exceptional as they would take all possible efforts to make your stay comfortable. However this is not a luxury hotel and therefore expectations have to be set accordingly.

Summary: my recent visit to srinagar was significant in one way that i was staying in a hotel for the first time though i have family links in srinagar. Hotel staff is extremely helpful especially the manager and md. Rafiq. They made me extremely comfortable and feel at home. There is lot of concern given to the visitors personal space and security
