Positive: Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, perfect location, close to the ski lift. Lots of restaurants in close proximity, and sportswear shops. Perfect for a skiing vacation.

Negative: The breakfast room is a bit small.

Positive: the comfort of the rooms was nice and the facilities with a massage at the end of the day was great. Staff very courteous and kind.

Negative: I felt that Breakfast was fine but very minimal. presentation could have been much better, a bit sloppy sadly. I would have liked to have seen some labeling on the cheeses and meats, are they local? something that give it character. Wifi was weird with strong firewalls so some news channels were not going through.

Summary: lovely small hotel to enjoy from the town center

Positive: The bar was beyond expectations 10/10. The SPA area is very modern and beautiful (though it needs needs chaise-long)

Negative: The clients returning their room very late around 4 am in the morning were very much noisy and reckless (not 1 night but all the time). We had stayed at the same property in 2019 under a different owner and every think was much better managed then. Hotel has now a bit left alone & abandoned feeling. Housekeepers were very nice and attentive, room & bathroom was clean but the carpets in the room was very very old and looks dirty and due to carpets room doesnot give the feeling of fresh/clean. Desite the new SPA area I think it's a 2 star hotel.
