Positive: Self checkin is fast and easy, you can also open the main lobby door and the room door from the app.

Negative: There was no sofa in the room (on the pictures there was) No coffee machine at all, not even a capsule coffe machine. The breakfast was pre-made in the evening - it was tasty (grilled toast bread with cheese and ham) but you could only reheat in a microwave. And some chocolate bars, water, Fanta. And that's it. I understand that it's off-season, but then the price should be lower to match the value.

Summary: Quick and easy self check-in, but the overall value doesn't match the price.

Positive: The self-check-in system works perfectly. Within a couple of minutes, we received the codes. The castle also works wonderfully. During the day on the hotel grounds, we met the whole family of the hotel owners. They answered all our questions, and we had a great time with them — very pleasant people. The hotel grounds are very large, spotlessly clean, with a beautifully maintained garden. There is even a lake. Our dog had such a long walk there that she slept the entire way home. Breakfast was also excellent. Parking in front of the hotel is convenient. A big plus is that at the reception there are plenty of products and various drinks available, which you can pay for via QR code. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed linen perfectly clean. The bathroom looked brand new, as if just renovated. Towels were soft and snow-white. The air conditioning cooled down the room very quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent, right between several towns, so it can serve as a great link. In the evening, the staff recommended us a restaurant for dinner, and everything was just perfect.

Negative: It would be wonderful if the swimming pool had warm water.

Positive: Great breakfast, clean and comfortable room with great air conditioning, and wonderful and beautiful premises! We loved swimming, hanging out by the pool and in the game room!

Negative: I wish the wifi was provided for the rooms, not just the common areas. The only area where it worked consistently was by the pool and in the game room. Also, I didn't like that everything was so automated. While it was easy enough to check in online, by not having personnel at the reception area it made the place seem a little less hospitable. I found all the staff that helped at breakfast, in the rooms, and near the pool/game room to be really nice and friendly! I wish there was more staff!

Summary: Great and relaxing place to visit Lednice and Vatnice!

Positive: - Good breakfast - Large parking space - Comfortable rooms

Negative: - A bit overpriced for such a type of the hotel - Self check-in is a nonsense, as prior to getting the code for the door you need to fill in the survey online for all the travellers. That took some time. We still had to call the support in order to get the entrance code. It was sent to us on the next morning, when we were about to leave already. - The room seemed to be unhabited for a while, as some power sockets were switched off, and some amenities, like tea, coffee, etc. were missing.
