Positive: We had a room with a view of the lake, which was breath taking, such an amazing location! The staff were fantastic and happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and larger than expected, which was great, and the village of Barcis is just beautiful. The hotel is in a great location where it's an easy walk to local bars and eateries, or easy to take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside.

Negative: We needed some extra pillows, and the kettle didn't work, but the staff were great and attended to our requests right away, even though it was late in the evening when we arrived. Also the room card didn't work properly at first and the power in the room kept going off, but once we alerted the staff they gave us a replacement card which worked perfectly.

Positive: The staff were very friendly, however didn’t speak great English. Location was fantastic and very idyllic. Room was very spacious, modern and comfortable, although it had its flaws. Breakfast was fine.

Negative: Airconditiong was leaking water, which made us put the trash can underneath (which was half full by morning). The soap container in the shower broke off without clear reason. There was a party with loud music on the hotel’s terrace right underneath our window until 1AM. I don’t know if they do this every Friday, but it would have been nice to know beforehand as we were unable to sleep until after the party was over.

Summary: Average hotel with a fantastic location and friendly staff.

Positive: the location is brilliant, the hotel is new, beautiful seating on the terrace, the hotel looks nice, excellent dinner and breakfast

Negative: accommodation is very noisy, from the next room you can hear what people are talking about and unfortunately also other things, based on the noise at night we asked for a change of room, the hotel complied us, but in general the hotel still has a lot of unplanned things that need to be worked on
