Positive: Friendly staff. Clean hotel. There is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. Near to CBD Belapur railway station which is more comfortable, we can reach anytime in the mid of night or day. On walking distance there is sarovar vihar which is the best part of this hotel

Positive: Excellent stay at Hotel Lavish Villa. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Negative: Building renovation is going on, but its ok as lift is proper working.
