Positive: This hotel is great for the price. The entire staff was nice, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the hotel is located near the highway, mall and shops. Perfect location to visit Lake Galda, Verona and Dolomites.

Negative: The room lack of power outlets. An extension cord with multiple outlets is strongly recommended.

Summary: I recommend this hotel if visiting northern Italy.

Positive: Breakfast and personnel.

Negative: -is not what you see in the picture, its really old in the rooms -windows don't reduce the sound as you expect being near the highway -i had a room on the first floor and the chair noise from lobby you could hear it all the time -at the toilet it was not so clean

Summary: The best thing is that i stayed only one night.

Negative: I stayed one night. We paid in cash, the receptionist did not give us a receipt. In the morning, his colleague claimed that I did not pay. Only when I asked them to check the footage on the cameras and for the boss to come, did they admit that it was their fault
