Positive: One of my favorites hotels in Almere. The quality of the rooms quite exceed expectations. But I specially impressed with the cut-dry no non-sense direct and efficient approach of Karina the receptionist. She is amazing. She really made the stay a great experience.

Negative: Elevator wasn't working for 2 days, easy to get stuck. There was no sign anywhere at all

Positive: Second time here. Great location in the center of Almere. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Negative: Rooms with windows towards the plaza may be noisy, especially during weekends, as there are a few clubs and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
