Positive: Lovely friendly staff, and a beautiful location for hiking. Our room had a cracked shower tray so we were upgraded free of charge to a large multi room apartment (even had a walk in wardrobe!). Great breakfast, including scrambled eggs, home made cake etc. oh, the bed! SO comfortable!! Wonderful multi function shower! Two balconies- and the views were fabulous.

Negative: It was memorable - no issues

Positive: The hotel staff is excellent, the view from the balcony, the restaurant is excellent, we liked the size of the shower, the bath and the sauna in the room, cross a road and start skiing

Negative: It is recommended to add a bathrobe and slippers in the room even in accommodation on a half-board basis, you pay for basic drinks such as water at dinner

Summary: We had a great time, the hotel staff is excellent, we will return in the future
