Positive: Very good breakfast , and excellent evening dining with great service and a very varied menu . Very much a family run hotel , with a long tradition of service and excellent standards.

Positive: Room was spotless clean, check-in was a breeze, and a HUGE compliment for the staff working at the breakfast & dining restaurant. Very friendly, in for a joke, professional, knowledgable, and welcoming.

Negative: Could be me ofcourse, but I couldn't locate a 'do not disturb' sign in my room. To me it felt excessive to fully clean my room every day when staying alone for two nights. Even all the towels that were hanging, were replaced. It was very nice ofcourse, I felt like a princess, but maybe they could use this time on cleaning and preparing other rooms. Again, it could very well be me not finding this sign in the room to hang at my door.

Positive: Excellent location in the center of town. The restaurant was fantastic, both the food and the employees very attentive as well as the manager. We will definitely return, next time we visit Norcia. The room was very comfortable and upgraded!

Negative: We liked everything.
