Positive: Convenient for a late airport check-in, but nothing spectacular We stayed here due to a very late check-in and needed something close to the airport. It was a pleasant stay overall,nothing to complain about. The staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful, which really stood out. The hotel itself was okay,decent value for money and served the purpose. Just a heads-up: the location falls outside the regular taxi zone, so the fare was quite a bit higher than expected. All in all, convenient for what we needed, but no fireworks.

Positive: Breakfast was very very good! keep going The staff was super friendly The Lady (owner or manager?) and her mother where super, please girls keep trying! They do their best to make it comfortable, they try really hard! My "8" is to warm you up and make it better and better!

Negative: we were desperate to stay there because we couldn't find a hotel near Sorrento, Pompey or Napoli... seriously no single hotel even If we wanted to pay more, even on airport... first time situation... we were happy to stay somewhere, even if it was a little bit creepy... the staff was really friendly and the breakfast in the morning was also super! but in the room you can smell cigarets.. the sheets were clean, that was good, but the cleaning lady should clean the room and bathroom a little bit better - a tip! we park in the garage, don't be afraid! they are still working to make everything better! maybe you should remove some of the decorations - it was a mix of everything, everywhere in the hotel, and go in one direction to make it a little bit cozy

Positive: There was breakfast in the morning. The staff was helpful, despite language barrier. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: They supposedly went and clean our room while we were out and they left our door open all day until we got back. They also took all the towels and didn't bring any of them back. Its as if they had forgotten they started cleaning the room and just left.
