Positive: I loved the location! Very close to the square and all the activity.

Negative: We reserved the master suite solely for the bathtub and unfortunately it leaked all over the bathroom floor our first night. We let management know and discussed with them a couple of times but the tub never got fixed and I’ve tried to touch base with management about the issue since it didn’t get fixed while we were there and haven’t heard anything back from them.

Positive: Very clean, spacious and modern room in historic centre of Conegliano. Ideal hotel for short business trip to area. Very helpful staff - thanks in particular to the night porter who could not get me a taxi to the train station (not far from hotel but I had very heavy luggage) and so he kindly walked me to the train station and helped with my luggage at 5:30am.

Negative: Could take greater efforts with sustainability and reduce the use of single use plastic etc - plastic cups were in bathroom, single use toiletries, dressing gowns in plastic bags etc.

Positive: The location in the historical center of Conegliano. The easy check-in at reception. The bathroom was spacious and matched the photos. I reserved a room with 2 beds, when we arrived reception had us down for 1 bed. However, they were able to find a 2 bed room for us.

Negative: The room didn't match the photos. The pictures showed a regular ceiling which made for a more spacious room and allowed for a sofa to be placed in the room in addition to 1 large and 1 small bed. Our room had an attic level ceiling that really cut into the room and made for an awkward space. The furniture in the room was less ample than pictured. The attic ceiling and angles made the room rather dark.

Negative: This hotel was very uncomfortable for our family. We had 2 rooms that were very nice but they have AC locked until June or July. They should make sure to mention this. It is an inaccurate description to say they offer AC when, in fact, they do not. Their excuse was that Italy doesn’t use AC till summer. That is not true. We had been traveling for 2 weeks in Italy, and this is the first place that had their AC locked. Their response was to open the windows, which we did. We had very little sleep from the outside noise and thunderstorms. Second night, we were eaten alive by bugs coming in. For the price we paid, I do not feel this was right. Do not recommend!
