Summary: The smell of mildew was disguised by a large amount of toilet spray. Might be the dirtiest hotel we stayed in for years.

Summary: It's a 3-star hotel with many 4-star features. A bit out of the way if you want to tour Parma. Also, somewhere it says the hotel is attached to a shopping center. I am not sure where I read this, but it is not true. It is free-standing with no shopping center in sight. Overall, very comfortable, many modern features, and great value. Good breakfast, too.

Summary: The check-in was fast and easy. The service was very good. Breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean and spacious. They even had a good fitness room as well. All in all it's an excellent value for the price.

Summary: Decent hotel. convenient with good service. The hotel is basic but has everything you need for a stay in the area. There is a convenient super market, gym and pool nearby. I would definitely stay again. The only negative comment is that the elevator is very slow but since there are only 3 floors you can always use the stairs (once you find them since they are external).
