Summary: Descent hotel expect to pay for early check in. When booking the hotel remember to get the parking otherwise it goes up in price Hotels.com shows this hotel 3 miles away from Universal Studios but it’s really over 5 miles so plan on a Little extra drive.

Summary: I previously stayed at the hotel with a much better experience. The hotel was clean. The room was immaculate. It was well presented. Everything about the hotel itself was good. But I was not made aware about parking until I checked in and learned that it was $90 additional for my stay. Also, breakfast was not included, which at the cost of the hotel I was a little surprised by. Again, I previously stayed and all of this was included from what I remember. And it’s not so much that a policy has changed. It’s more the way that the staff delivered the information. The employees seemed unhappy. All of them.
