Summary: Hotel is nice overall. Our room was a bit dark and dated, but an accessible one and good for our needs. Strangely, it was a room furthest from the entrance and elevators though. We had a wheelchair, so we were fine. Convenient location.

Summary: My stay was pretty good. I like that the hotel has a restaurant/bar and staff members are friendly. It is easy to get to places including restaurants in the Burbank/Glendale area. The only problem I have noticed the last two times I've stayed there is that the bathroom fans don't work.

Summary: Booked this hotel with high expectations. Hotel was close to universal as to why we were staying in Burbank for 3 nights. Hotel charged for parking, shouldn't IMO. Almost $39 bucks a night for parking. They will let anybody stay here. Even homeless or witches, we were enjoying our stay until it turned into a horror movie. We were hearing noises and screaming from a lady staying next to us. They didn't care much and just "upgraded us" to a higher level. Manager didn't help us much to compensate us a night as we didn't get to sleep due to the demon staying next to us. Our last day I got help from Selah, I think her name was. If it wasn't for her I would have gave two stars. I didn't feel to safe.
