Positive: Clean rooms. Easy access to it. Bar had good food
Negative: The shower/bath extremely loud could use an update. Guests above the room felt like a stampede was running through. Next door guests were talking so loud. Could use some updated for charging phones usb ports.

Positive: This hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was large with plenty of towels. There is a bar located inside the hotel, which was a nice place to stop for a drink when we returned one evening. The hotel also has a beautiful koi pond and a nicely manicured lawn in the outdoor area, which added to the overall atmosphere. The location is very convenient, right off I-5, making it easy to travel around the Los Angeles area. Downtown Burbank is also within walking distance, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed on the 16th floor and had a beautiful view of the mountains. One of the coolest features was the glass elevators—you can see the town as you travel up to your floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
Negative: We arrived about 30 minutes early and tried to check in ahead of time, but we were offered an early check-in for an additional $50. I felt that was a little excessive for arriving only 30 minutes before the scheduled check-in time. When we returned to check in at 4:00 p.m., the line was very long, and it took about 25 minutes to get checked in. There were only two receptionists assisting guests, which seemed to contribute to the long wait. The hotel does have a parking garage, and you can enter and exit using your room key. However, be aware that there is an additional parking fee of $40 per day/night, which can add up quickly. The pool area was another disappointment. The pool is located next to the dumpsters, and when I walked outside to the pool area, the smell from the dumpsters was very noticeable. Unfortunately, it made the pool area less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had some convenient features, but the early check-in fee, long check-in wait, expensive parking, and location of the pool were disappointing.
Summary: Overall enjoyed my stay, would stay at again.

Positive: Good location for getting to universal and that side of city Nice restaurants and cute little area in evening nearby Nice cafe downstairs Pool was ok - mainly shady
Negative: Parking is $30 per night and is self park VERY noisy - windows are not soundproofed. We were on the 17th floor and the highway and freight train below were so loud at night. Even the air con couldn’t drown it out. Don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep! WiFi was rubbish.

Positive: Rooms are large and spacious. The hotel is a great location, 5/10 minute walk from the mall and downtown Burbank. 2/3 min walk to BJs and Black Angus steakhouse. Has a nice vibe to the hotel. 20 min drive to Universal. Plenty of car parking.
Negative: Pool doesn’t have enough loungers or seating. After 7pm it gets crowded and there’s about 8 loungers which once there’s a big family, everyone else lucks out. The pool is bigger than it seems in photos and suits the job. Were strict on 3pm check-in but didn’t give us access to use the pool.
Summary: Great location, Would stay again, big rooms and close to amenities
