Positive: - very welcoming, the male receptionist (idk his name) has done a great job - the room was warm, very clean and cozy - the sauna area is spectacular! absolutely spotless, warm and peaceful - the restaurant/ kitchen is modern and tasty

Negative: - the breakfast was mediocre - the room had a slanted roof over the bed which made it appear a bit cramped - lots of children running around the restaurant

Negative: Menu - If staying for a week the half board would be more enjoyable if more choices. Room : Radiator panel prevented the room heating up Spa Room : recommend regular checks to ensure enough water

Positive: Unbelievably hospitable, attentive and professional staff. The spa premises were amazing and the hotel had a very warm, clean and cozy atmosphere. The hotel restaurant served amazingly large portions of delicious meals and the breakfast was truly top notch. At the bar, the bartender Alex was a very helpful and courteous gentleman.

Negative: Our room was cold by the morning, the radiator had gone cold, but it might be due to us trying to turn it hotter but we might've turned it off. We tried to adjust it to get just a bit more warmth as the floors were cold. This was likely because the hotel was open for the first day of the season and the structures were likely cold after a longer period of non-heating.
