Positive: The pool was nice.

Negative: The pool staff seemed bothered when I asked for help. Not many food options at the pool. At the reception desk I was speaking English and the receptionist said “I can’t understand that one because she said I spoke so fast” in Italian. This was rude if she didn’t understand me just say slow down. Very unprofessional and rude.
