Summary: We had an amazing stay at Hotel Brienz. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service. Our train left late due to an accident at the station, and then we missed our following train. We were going to miss the first night of our stay, but they were so sweet and moved it to the end instead. I am so thankful! Also very helpful in ideas of things to do on a rainy day. The room was spacious and the newly remodeled bathroom was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Summary: I spent Christmas at Hotel Brienz. Breakfast was extensive and very organised and had a nice Christmassy feel as music was playing in the breakfast room. My bedroom was a superior double room on the corner of the hotel. One window looked out on the mountains and the balcony looked out on Lake Brienz. So beautiful. I was also very happy that the TV in my room had English channels on like ITV and BBC so I could watch the Gavin and Stacey finale 😁

Summary: Hotel staff was very kind and polite, they had a good breakfast and located next to a really cute cafe. Small walk from the train station but one of the prettiest areas we stayed
