Summary: My stay hotel bonaventure was excellent, was close to everything! The only complaints I have is that the bathroom door could not latch on, needs to be repaired, and for parking I should not pay extra to come and go as I want it should have been a straight flat fee highway robbery right there

Summary: The rooms were lovely. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub is lovely. The restaurants served good food for a comparative price. The location is ideal, across the street from the central rail station and in walking distance from old Montreal. The only improvement would be refillable shower amenities versus one use.

Summary: Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Pool and terrace areas are beautiful. Pool gets busy at times. Elevators can be really busy at check out. Location of hotel is amazing. Close to train station, metro station and underground (RESO). Was able to connect to many places without even going outside.

Summary: Good update room and comfy beds and robes provided. But it felt like such an ordeal to get to the parking and no in/out privileges so a pain. Also, if your room is located in certain areas, you need to lug your luggage up and down stairs. Pool area was good but packed. Too impersonal for us but it has its merits.

Summary: Service around the pool was incredible; room service was cold (french fries for the kids meal burned and inedible). At least 3 people walked into our room without knocking during our stay! The lockers at the pool facilities do not work properly, which is inconvenient, but it was a great stay (loved the breakfast in the executive lounge in the morning)!
