Positive: The lobby was nice, very retro chic. The staff was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the set dinner as well as the breakfast, it had a lot to offer and was very good. The views are amazing!

Negative: If you, like I was, are looking for a spa hotel where you can lounge around in a bathrobe and relax, this is not the place. The hotels page on booking is very misleading. Even though you can read it in the fine print, it is not obvious that the hotel does not have a spa. You have to go to a whole other place 10 min away and pay for a “spa” (with very little included). In my opinion this is not a 4-star hotel, they do not offer lunch, have no room service and since the location is a bit off this is a bit annoying if you stay more than one night. The rooms are a bit run down (although i liked the style, a bit retro but nice) and we found a lot of dirt on walls, linnens, floors, coffee mugs etc.

Summary: Nice staff, beautiful views and good food. But not a spa hotel.
