Positive: Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Pleasant outdoor eating areas. A restaurant also provides a range of traditional Polish dishes. Helpful staff who dealt with any requests promptly.

Summary: We stayed here for 4 nights and felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Positive: Exceptional front of house staff, macjek (Matthew) was on the reception. There was an error with our room and he did 110% to sort it out, couldn’t ask for a better service, very helpful, thank you. Rooms were clean and comfortable, parking available at the front which is great. It did seem very understaffed and disorganised however the staff members were trying their very best to make the stay as welcoming as possible. The blinds/curtains in the rooms are abit useless and let a lot of light in. Breakfast is lacking in value for money however it was provided but we could only see one lady trying her best to clean and sort stuff out. Overall, great experience, staff members deserve a raise or at least a pat on the back. Once again to Matthew, thank you.

Positive: Clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. Sufficient breakfast.

Negative: A little bit problens communication in English at the reception, but with a help of translator we communicated what we needed. The dog outside of house bit my partner in the ankle but we dont know who it belonged to.

Positive: I am a professional paintball player, so the hotel was very close to the paintball field "Virst Arena". The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of choice. I would recommend having a second coffee machine, as I had to wait in line a few times.

Negative: The bed in the room was unmade, and there were no shower towels.
