Positive: The hotel was lovely. The staff were wonderful and so helpful! We also did the tour with tasting menu and it was fantastic!

Negative: The rooms were pretty basic and ours was dirty. We slept on top of the bed as there was hair and other debris on the sheets. The shower was a little awkward, too.

Positive: Big and clean Room and beautiful hotel

Negative: The staff during the weekend was not ok... Rude person responsible for breakfast on saturday and sunday, as same as people at reception on saturday. The hotel was with a very low occupation and even that we had to beg for some extra pillows... what's was not done by the way. During breakfast on weekend same thing... my son asked for some scrambled eggs and a rude WE DONT HAVE was received... The Gym was close and to be opened we have to pay 15 Euros per person!!!! Unacceptable ... Beatfull place, full of possibilities, but a proof that a staff can kill your business.

Positive: Great staff, very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was very good, although not that much fruit variety. Ample room, with great natural light, and it's possible to open one of the windows. Room service available, which helps because the hotel is close to Navarrete and Fuenmayor (only 30 minutes to Logroño), but works very well as a last resort Wine tasting with lunch was excellent, very informative and easy-going (great pintxos) Easy parking, however you can pretty much only get there and around with a car Free bottled water and coffee in room Very good location to explore the Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa regions

Negative: Bathroom didn't have a fixed, overhead shower, instead there's a hand shower that you can place high enough for it to fall down to you without having to hold it, but trying to make it stay put was a challenge, specially because once you did the housekeeping would change whatever you did (not their fault, just doing their jobs). An overhead shower with a separate one to use with your hands of needed would be better.

Positive: Loved this location to visit the villages of La Rioja Alta and its nice views of its vineyards and the hills in the distance. Pleasant and helpful staff. All friendly too. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds.
