Summary: Excellent staff. Everyone helpful, courteous and friendly. Fantastic views. Great beach access. Only complaint is thin walls of room. We could hear every word of people in next room.

Summary: We stayed in this hotel for a few days during Spring Break with a 3 old kid. The location of the hotel on the Biodola beach is fantastic. The hotel infrastructure is also extraordinary with tennis courts and all the services available on site and in the nearby Hermitage Hotel. We also appreciated very much the staff kindness and professionalism, especially because of the extra attention a little kid needs. Overall we were very happy with our staying. On the side of improvement, the rooms—at least on the ground floor, which still has the great advantage of the access to the garden—were not well soundproofed and at night we could clearly hear people talking in the near rooms. Also the shower in the bathtub was rather cramped. Other than that we enjoyed very much our staying and we plan on returning to this hotel.

Summary: We stayed at hotel biodola for 9 days. The hotel was lovely and the staff were fantastic really helpful friendly and polite. We rented a car which the hotel arranged for us and had a great time exploring the beautiful island! There's a couple of restaurants close by such as Luciano & Retro gusto that do amazing food. A fab stay overall! I'd happy go back to Elba island and Hotel Biodola any time.

Summary: It is a nice hotel right next to the beach. The scenery is so beautiful. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Summary: Everything was fantastic. The location was spectacular. Great beach, great swimming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were well maintained. Two minor complaints, the bed was marginal and the dress code for the restaurant was annoying. It was too hot to dress for dinner when it was 35 degrees so I went elsewhere.
