Positive: Great and convenient location, very near to the bus stop, surrounded by convenience shops, restaurants, cafes and casinos. Walking distance to old town for sightseeing all the historical landmarks. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable beds, including extra sofa bed. Clean amenities and toiletries, no smell of cigarettes smoke. Breakfast is so so, nothing special, mostly serve Chinese-style breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful from the lobby, front desk and housekeeping, including transport arrangements. Minor comments: Door no soft closing, can be annoying especially at late night; front desk staff should discourage the customers from queue jumping.

Positive: I booked this hotel because I also wanted a good breakfast — and they really delivered. It’s not a European-style breakfast, but European guests will definitely find plenty of good options. Most hotels only offer a Chinese-style breakfast, but here the selection changed over three days and everything was good. The staff is very friendly and tries their best to communicate in English — which is not something you find everywhere. The location is excellent: many casinos nearby, and the main bus station with connections to everywhere is only about 500 meters away. We didn’t need any taxis at all; the bus system is great and inexpensive. The room was high quality, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay. I can definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly come back.

Positive: Good location. Can walk to some of the big casinos and use their shuttles to move around. Can walk to old town and sightsee all the historical landmarks. Neighborhood has restaurants, nightlife, markets. Room is big. Reception staff speak english. Nice bathtub to relax after tired day. Room is also ideal for working remotely with comfortable desk and chair. We were also given a free upgrade on the room with a good view and upper floor

Negative: Room service did not speak english so could not order to the room. Bed is hard bed, some like it I prefer softer :)
