Positive: The hotel stuff was extremely polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, particularly hotel manager Patricia. When we checked out and left we realized that some of the valuables were forgotten. Hotel employees detected them, collected, carefully sealed up and locked it until our arrival back a week later. Tremendous!

Positive: The pizza place next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The door wouldn’t shut properly, the air conditioning worked but was extremely noisy, there was no way to control it. The street outside was very noisy most of the night into the early hours.
