Summary: What a wonderful hotel! Loved everything. Breakfast is excellent and hotel rate includes gondola tickets, glacier train tickets and local public transportation. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Summary: Overall, the hotel was very good, with a lovely ambience and a fine breakfast (included). The dinner in the restaurant was also excellent. The internet service, however, was ridiculously slow. I felt like I was back in the early 2000s. It really needs to be upgraded.
