Positive: Room cleanliness.

Negative: I was given room which doesn't have any road view and there was No windows. I asked the reception and he siad No rooms at the road facing, however One staff said, rooms are available at the road side. I think they dont want to give for solo travellers or may be they want to first give the rooms which doesn't have the windows. So i will not recommend this to others.

Summary: Will not recommend to my friends.

Positive: The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower decent. The room was as it was in the pictures. The wifi was good but dropped out once or twice. The staff were constantly cleaning the corridors and always smelled fresh. The staff were welcoming and fairly helpful even though there was a slight language barrier.

Negative: We knew the hotel was far away from the city and tourist sites but the location was a bit underwhelming there is not much here for wesrmtern tourists and wished we had paid extra to stay closer to siteseeing locations. It is situated in a very worn down shopping mall with a couple of shops but the food court was all but closed down inside. There were a few fast food chain restaurants outside. There was a lot of construction going on in the front of the building. The train station nearby can take you into the south part of the trains but be prepared for them to be very busy. My biggest frustration with this place is the extortionate laundry prices they charged I felt completely ripped off as they charged me over 3x the amount we have paid in the weeks before. Just over £20 for 2 small bags and it came back wet and not smelling clean.

Summary: Good room in a clean hotel. But not the best area for a quick visit to Mumbai
