Positive: Great hotel location, room was spacious and comfortable, air conditioning wonderfully quiet. The breakfast was delicious and with a relatively wide selection, only for coffee there were sometimes smaller queues. Bike rental right in front of the hotel, close to restaurants on the waterfront, beautiful walks and idyll in the evening. Internet fully functional.

Negative: 1) The hotel has only a few rooms with a view of the lake and at the same time with a balcony. Paradoxically, you pay for a more expensive apartment room with a view of the lake and you only have opening windows, no balcony. Balconies are exclusively on the penultimate floor below the restaurant - pay attention to this when ordering a room! 2) The employee - an older-looking waiter, bald, with an earring in his ear, can't behave. At breakfast, while cleaning the table intended for four people, he told us quite harshly that it was basically only intended for two people and that we could not sit next to it (everywhere else was generally free). In a minute, another couple came and sat there, and he didn't care at all... 3) When ordering the apartment, it was stated in the conditions that we are entitled to rent a bicycle for free for the entire duration of our stay, in fact, it was only possible to rent a bicycle for free once during the entire stay. 4) The hotel has a maximum of ten underground parking spaces, so the underground parking lot is often full, I recommend making a reservation and especially asking about the conditions of the reservation (although we had one, we always parked in the last free space upon arrival in the evening, and I still don't know if it was rather a coincidence, because it is not possible to reserve a specific place at the reception).
