Positive: Our initial room was right next to the elevator so we could hear and feel the room vibrate EVERYTIME someone used the elevator. The staff were super helpful and found us another room . They also were super nice with late checkout . The location is in a cute cosy neighbourhood and walking distance from the beach and park.

Negative: The walls are superrrrrr thin- you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The electricity sockets kept coming out of the wall which was a bit unfortunate . The breakfast options are also super limited and would finish very quick, so we would have to wait a long time till they replaced the plates.

Negative: Too much noise, lots of kids screaming and crying (the hotel doesn't impose quiet hours). During the night I couldn't sleep because of toddlers crying. I understand this is a family friendly hotel, but the adults are much overlooked. The room was very small, the balcony was tiny, the elevator was not enough for so many people in the hotel. The breakfast room was terribly noisy, lots of families with small and rude children.

Summary: The hotel is nice but the confort was not good
