Negative: Not my first time to stay, the staff normally was good the guy at night shift was so kind and helpful. But someone from day shift they were very slow. When i asked for a copy of the key since i forgot my card in the room i think the front desk manager or supervisor made me wait and i see her she just sit at the back while i’m waiting and need to go to the room immediately. I asked her to please make it faster for the copy of the key and instead of making the copy she said we will give you just wait. Very unprofessional.

Negative: Despite the good location, my stay was disappointing. I was given an internal room with only one small window facing the inside, which felt a bit claustrophobic. It made me feel very uncomfortable. In addition, a staff member named Sara was not kind to me. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience
