Positive: Great location and wonderful staff. Facilities were good and our room had its own private deck with pool overlooking the main pool. Breakfast was plentiful and good. In particular the orange juice, freshly squeezed in front of you, was the best I have ever had.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The room - Junior Suite with sea view was everything I could have hoped for. Private terrace, views from the terrace and the bed! The breakfast was wonderful. My friends and I had ridden our bicycles from Bilbao and breakfast is very important to us! This was the last day of our vacation before going to Valencia to fly home and it was the perfect ending. THANK-YOU!

Negative: The housekeeping staff use something with a very strong scent that was nearly overpowering. After opening every window and door, it finally went away. PLEASE use products with no scent or perfume.

Positive: Nice location, nice hotel decor food was good in the restaurant and breakfast also very good. Good parking which was secure albeit at an extra cost.

Negative: We arrived to a dirty room,quickly given another room.but it wasn't the same size or standard which was a shame. Not a great start! The room.we had was above the bar and restaurant and it was very noisy. We couldn't sleep with our window open because of it. The bed was rock hard.

Positive: This was the best hotel we have ever stayed for our dog. Our room on the ground floor had sliding doors onto a walled private garden with a small patio with table and chairs and a gravel area where we could let the dog out at night without having to walk through the hotel. The garden had a gate in the wall that opened onto the car park so we could take the dog out to the street or the long sandy beach without having to go through the hotel which we really appreciated.

Negative: The main terrace and pool were closed as they were being refurbished, it was March and raining most of the time so we would not have used them anyway.

Summary: Most dog friendly hotel we have stayed at.
