Summary: Would like to have stayed longer! Great hotel!

Summary: We stayed in the older less expensive side of the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Read a lot of negative reviews prior to foing but feel the room was amazing value for money. Hotel grounds and pool are fabulous! Amazing breakfast and lovely helpful staff throughout.

Summary: It was very hot during our stay at the Balneari Prats. The pool looked lovely to cool off in, but the pool is fed by a hot spring that is supposed to promote health and longevity. The hotel is actually a spa and you'd often see people in their bathrobes at breakfast. It was charming. I wished we had had time to stay and use the spa. They had a very nice breakfast buffet and all the staff at the hotel were very nice and accomodating.

Summary: Beautiful hotel to relax and rejuvenate. There’s more of the elderly coming here to use the thermal waters properties. The church bells ring every hour and it takes u back in time to a more peaceful era.

Summary: After the initial disappointment with the rather worn look of the room, we actually had a very pleasant stay here. But the standard rooms really need an upgrade. They look old and tired and are fairly noisy. The friendly staff, good food & pleasant thermal pool made up for a lot. The prices of the treatments at the spa seem fairly high, but you get a lot for your money. However, don't expect any of the modern stuff you might be used to, this is wellness the way it was done in the 70's. The free parking is nice. Overal, I would probably stay here again, but I would consider spending the extra on the superior room

Summary: Great spa hotel. Fantastic hot spring pool. Excellent breakfast. We had a budget room which was large but dated.

Summary: This was once a grand hotel but is now a bit tired looking.Seemed to be mainly catering for elderly decrepid clients who went there for thermal treatment. There was not a lot happening for younger couples.It seemed to us that if you weren't paying the big money & had gone "standard" then you received little attention & no refinery. Breakfast was pretty ok but nothing cooked.Pool good but too warmed when weather was hot.
