Summary: The property is lovely and well positioned to have lots of fun.The desk staff were often curt… did not feel warm. This was particularly the two male employees—- the girls were very helpful.

Summary: Room was nice, clean and we had a nice stay. Only negatives were the 2nd floor smelled like weed both days and the shower water fluctuated from hot to warm when taking showers. Staff was nice and helpful. Would try this hotel again, great location in downtown Ballard - nice shops/restaurants in walking distance.

Summary: Wow!! So impressed with the high standards of Hotel Ballard. Rooms were large, clean, and had amenities such as a larger fridge. The area surrounding the hotel was super quaint. Restaurants, bars, and local shops were all walkable. Highly recommended this property
