Positive: When we choose the hotel from booking we just watch the price and spa but this hotel was far more than that. This hotel make our first stay in Poland more than perfect. This is the perfect family hotel. The hotel was full wit children. Each night there was pizza party, candy party etc. for children. On Fat thursday (Tlusty cetvartak) all the children were running around the floors with two boxes with donuts, sharing each other and play around. They all were very happy. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and waitressess were very profesional keeping the good mood of guess. Every night there was some small details or surpise which make us smile. We know it's taking you effort for this and thank you for doing it. The best part of the hotel was that from some rooms some hairy faces smiles and barf us. We was so sorry that we didn't read that in advance to take our dog. For all the personal who is working there "You were perfect, just keep doing it that way". We will come back again for sure <3

Positive: Beautiful views, relaxing spa, rich breakfast, free parking, helpful personnel, wifi

Negative: The hotel is located on the hill and if you don't have 4x4 you will need snow chains to get up if it snows too much. During our stay, there was a wedding one night and it was pretty loud even after 10pm. Spa has also a Finnish sauna however it is allowed to enter with swimming suit which I find unhygienic. Breakfast doesn't offer many options for celiacs.

Positive: Location was excellent!!! I would say this is the biggest plus of this hotel. The rooms were clean, but they do require some repair: the carpet is very old and with stains, the chairs are old, bathroom seemed to be a bit outdated too.

Negative: I literally don’t understand why does this hotel have so many positive feedbacks regarding the spa zone. The swimming pool is quite small and the water is very cold inside:( we were not able to swim longer than 5 mins there. Jacuzzi is very small and full with people all the time, saunas are not as they should be - the temperature is lower than the sauna should have and the are veeery tiny, impossible to sit there for more than 2-3 people at a time. Special feedback about the restaurant - you guys definitely need to enhance your kitchen staff, they are soooo slow! We’ve been waiting for pancakes for about an hour ))))) and this is just one small example. Each time we visited the restaurant - we had to wait for really simple food more than an hour. Overall, I don’t think that I will come to this hotel again.

Negative: Couldn’t activate the pool’s water sprinkler.

Summary: It was a realy nice surprize and I want to come back in the summer too.

Positive: Amazing place with breathtaking mountain views, peace and nature. The rooms are neat, cozy, clean, with all amenities. The staff is very helpful, kind and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied and filling. I also really liked the SPA area, 3 saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi - a great place to relax after a day in the mountains. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a vacation in the mountains!
