Positive: Beautiful converted mansion filled with artwork and gorgeous design elements

Negative: At breakfast there were issues with having the tables laid correctly so we had to keep asking for things. Asking for tea seemed an impossible task! And butter!

Positive: Being in Barranco, the arty part of Lima. Has plenty of character being an old house with plenty of funky art decorating the hotel.

Negative: Located on a very busy and noisy street so hotel not very peaceful.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel B in Lima. The neighborhood is very walkable and I felt safe exploring the area on foot, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Celeste Villena. Since I don’t speak Spanish, I was worried about missing the chance to visit local ceramic stores and artisan shops. Some opening hours weren’t clearly listed in the guide, but Celeste went above and beyond. She spent her time helping me get in touch with the studios, making sure I could visit some during my stay in Lima. Thanks to her warm hospitality and dedication, I was able to discover the local ceramics studios, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. I left feeling both joyful and satisfied. Hotel B truly stands out not only for its charm, but also for the people who make guests feel so welcomed.
