Positive: Brekfast was very nice good selection foe every taest.

Negative: loved the hotel , room nice and spacious, stuff very frendly an helpfull. My only complaint is about the pilows which are very hard and unconfertable.

Summary: we had a very pleasent stay would definitly go back if we go to the Dolomites

Positive: This is a wonderful hotel near the centre of Canazei. It is owned and run by an amazing couple who are so helpful and friendly. My second visit in 2 years and I would love to go back.

Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a number of cupboards for storing and hanging clothes and other personal items. The beds were comfortable and bathrobes and slippers were provided. The en-suite bathroom was well-equipped with enough towels as well as hanging space. There was also a large balcony overlooking a picture perfect view. The management and staff were welcoming and helpful. A good breakfast was included. At the time of booking, I had specified that I am vegan and the chef made a special vegan spread as well as a vegan cake - much appreciated.

Negative: I really can't think of anything which could have been better!

Positive: The rooms,cleanliness, the breakfast owner and staff who made us all welcome. Great location, silence at night, and the views, especially the sunshine on the mountain peaks in the morning

Positive: Friendly helpful staff. Nice lobby and cozy restaurant. Great breakfast. Rooms were clean newly hosted in a classic alpine style.

Negative: Shuttle did not run on Saturday, but the walk to the lift was OK.
