Summary: I booked a few room for family members. The hotel is wonderful with a personal touch, fire in the lobby, great restaurant and very good value. Only suggestion is to consider changing the night key system.

Summary: The hotel from top to bottom was Fabulous. Great staff, friendly and professional. Old World Charm at its best. Daily menus as well as full menu. Buffet Breakfast. Room was clean, spacious (double) with a small balcony. Pool, fitness room, location 5 minute walk to Bobsleigh Track and Cresta Run. Shuttle available at train station if needed. Email train arrival time ahead. I will be back soon!

Summary: Beautiful, traditional hotel. Staff all courteous and helpful. Restaurant food excellent. Spa and pool were really enjoyed after a long day of travel. Would like to return again.

Summary: The staff , front desk check in, the service ,and restaurant was impeccable!! Great service!! Was picked up and dropped off at train station, and it was all a very nice experience. The staff was kind, helpful, and went out of their way to answer any questions! Give them a 10 star rating !!
