Summary: Spa and wellness is good. View and location is lovely due to Lake Balaton. Staff was friendly and nice. However we had a much better experience 9 years ago when we stayed for a few nights. We had a few dissapointment at this time. After arrival there was a half roll of toilet roll for 3 of us. So called the reception, it still has not arrived. Hubby needed to ask 2 hours later from the cleaners. In our room (1019) there was plenty of ants everywhere, and other insects. Surfaces and switches were sticky. Bathroom has mold etc. I assume a good deep cleaning would be useful.. Far too expensive for a quality of the room. I would give maximum 2 star, definitely not 4 star. Not to mention a fridge, it did not work. Balcony has not been cleaned either. Food was avarage, we liked the dinner choise.

Summary: Good location by the lake and a short walk in to the town. Food from the buffet is good,however most of it is cold as the autochef seems out of order.

Summary: It is an excellent wellness hotel in a great location. We stayed there in the winter and enjoyed the serenity and beauty of Lake Balaton, all the amenities of the wellness center (sauna, pool, fitness center, etc.) and the superb breakfast buffet which were all included in the price of the room. We also took couple of trips around the lake and visited couple of smaller cities such as Siofok, Balatonfured and Keszthely and magnificent villages such as Csopak, Tihany and Badacsony. The north shore region is famous for its wine - we can highly recommend wines by Jasdi from Csopak.

Summary: The hotel had access to Lake Balaton as well as it's own spa and pool facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. I would stay at this hotel again.
