Positive: The public areas and the renovated rooms look picture perfect. Very good breakfast buffet. Location is good: parking, tram and market in front of hotel. Supermarket and bakery in the street Easy walk to Zaragoza restaurants and shopping area.

Negative: We arrived at 5pm, rush hour at reception and had to wait 20 minutes until we got the room key from the (friendly) receptionist. The room seems more like a showroom. Where to dry our towel? Why such an old-fashioned AC? Why is there no way to switch off the TV's blue light? Why is there no chair? After pleasing the eye -by redecorating the rooms-, it's now time for the hotel to make the stay more pleasant

Positive: We had two rooms, our room was renovated and had a nice view into the city. Very clean and minimalistic. The children’s room wasn’t renovated but still a really good room and had everything they needed.

Positive: Besides the staffs are super nice, I've got the renovated room instead of the non-renovated one which I booked. Very happy with it. It just reminded me of my own room and I felt comfortable.

Negative: The basin in the washroom's got blocked easily.
