Summary: I had a surprisingly excellent stay at Avándaro Hotel. The service was warm, empathetic, and truly stood out—especially in how thoughtfully they accommodated a guest with special needs. The food was fresh and delicious, with two on-site restaurants and a charming coffee shop that serves the most sought-after yogurt ice cream. The amenities were spotless, and the pool was kept at the perfect temperature. Our suite was clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay—though there is room for improvement in the shower area. I didn’t received the VIP treat Special mention to the reception team and the staff handling transportation, who were especially kind and helpful. The hotel is also well-located, allowing for an enjoyable and safe 25-minute walk into town. I would definitely return.
