Positive: The receptionist with the short black hair who worked 17-18 th of october is fantastic! She is very serviceminded and helped my daughter and me who were on a dancecompetition i Nitra with taxis and other things. My best memory from the two days we were in Slovakia is how she treated us. I strongly recommend that she gets a raise :=)

Positive: Convenient location, 24/7 front desk.

Negative: Shower rad needs to be changed. Also the curtains didn't block the sunlight at all. Points of improvement :-)

Positive: The hotel is well equipped and has nice, large, clean rooms. Service (reception, breakfast, parking) is at high level with helpful staff. The hotel is also well-located.

Positive: Decent size room. Free private parking. Good Breakfast.

Negative: We booked a 4 star hotel, which boasted to conclude Air Condition, TV and Intrnet. 1. There was an Air Conditioner in the room, but it was centrally controlled and it was not turned on centrally, because it only circulated the room air, but did not cool it! Very HOT day. No Air Condition! 2. There was a TV in the room, but NO Channels at all! Neither from the Air Channels, nor from the Cable Box attached! 3. There was a strong WiFi signal, BUT NO Internet! Nowhere in the property. The lady in charge was not able to solve any of the problems described. She was very rude and not empathic. Told us that we are wellcome to live and find another place. We would have done it, but it was already 21:30 and no Internet to find another accomodation via Booking. So we had to stay, with no Air Condition, no Internet and no TV, in a so called "4 Stars Hotel"! Needless to say that she did not give us any discount for all the inconvenience!
