Summary: Nice, clean, no frills hotel with free covered parking. My only complaint is the size of the breakfast area. There are only a few tables so seating can be very limited.

Summary: The woman at the front desk was wonderful, helpful, and very pleasant. BUT I chose Aura for the shuttle bus service to and from SFO and the hotel. I called the hotel when I landed to request the shuttle and a woman said THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE and to take an Uber of taxi! I had to pay $35 to get to Aura, and found out they DO have a shuttle. I was very upset and wasted $35 due to inaccurate information. Why did this happen?

Summary: It was a surprise to find the room spacious and the bathroom room clean and remodeled. Airport shuttle is available only once in an hour, but the hotel is 10 minutes away.
