Positive: The 2 bedroom unit is clean Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is good, close to food mart for fruits, close to bus stop, just five minutes bus ride to visit old city

Negative: Can have more selves space in bathroom. Can install bathroom handrail in shower for seniors.

Positive: The location was excellent. It was a short bus ride from the airport and with frequent buses into the City centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For a modestly priced hotel it was pleasant with a decent room for a short stay.

Negative: Could have done with coffee making facilities in the room!

Summary: We enjoyed Salzburg and made full use of the free public transport for tourists.

Positive: The breakfast was basic, still enough to fulfill. I did like the fact that free variation of hot tea was available till 22:00 hrs.

Negative: I did read the reviews and I knew that they do not have fridge in the room. I stayed in room 309 , single bed room. It was ok for me but I do not suggest an oversized person to book the room. Some rooms do have balconies, not this one. Some wall painting would be beneficial as I could see some marks.

Summary: If I will visit again I would stay.

Positive: For the money we paid, I was expecting a bit more. The staff was not helpful but was very nice. They indeed tried to help, but usually we heard "I don't know" or "I want to help, but I cannot now".

Negative: The room was not the best I have seen. Comparing to two other B&Bs and hotels we rented in Germany and Austria, this one had the highest cost and the lowest comfort level. Nevertheless, it was not the worst I have seen. Areas for improvement 1. Better trained staff 2. Better furnished rooms
