Positive: Location is great! Walk to beach, park across the street with occasional entertainment, loved the balcony, walk to bars and restaurants. Private parking, very clean, staff very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent.

Positive: The facilities were nice and clean and the location was perfect close to the beach. The staff were friendly and genuine people. Samuela at the front desk always greeted me with a nice smile and sweet disposition.

Negative: It had some bad internet connection areas.

Positive: I liked old style decor and hotel was spotlessly clean.

Negative: The hotel might be beachfront, however there is a train line between the hotel and beach with trains passing throughout the night. Air conditioning was turned off at night. Difficult to sleep with heat and noisy trains. Breakfast looked great, however there was a large perspex screen in front of the 'display', therefore I was unable to help myself, I needed to ask for what I wanted, I was the only guest in the dining room, at 8.40am, not what I was expecting.

Summary: Nice clean hotel, difficult to sleep with passing trains.
