Positive: Amazing hotel! We travel to Kosovo/ Albania often and this was by far our favourite hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and stunning with an exceptional interior design. Beds were luxury and comfortable, rooms included black out blinds, large TV, fast WiFi, coffee machine and toiletries available. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from and made to order options too. Nice restaurants nearby walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Owner overheard us calling a taxi and offered to drop us off to the airport. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend.

Positive: The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our room was great, very spacious, clean, all modern and sleek furniture, with a very comfortable bed, and a very modern bathroom. We slept like babies! The location is a lovely, lovely neighborhood, with lots of greenery and trees. There’s a great coffee shop downstairs with outdoor seating and where we could get great coffee in the morning sun. The breakfast room and breakfast options were great as well: fresh omelettes, croissants, pancakes, veggies, fruit - absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We travelled with a toddler, and the hotel is very kid friendly: plenty of kid beds, high chairs etc. Definitely one of the top hotels I’ve stayed in in the region (better than many options in larger cities like Thessaloniki, Skopje or Tirana). We will definitely be returning to Hotel Ari for our next weekend getaway to Gjakova! :)

Even the standard rooms are the largest we have ever stayed in. A truly outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations.
