Positive: The location was lovely and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with an amazing selection of local cheeses and meats. We had stunning view from our balcony. For staying in Switzerland, I thought the prices were right.

Positive: Excellent food and very friendly service.

Negative: Rooms shown in internet are only the nee ones. We were a group and booked five rooms. Two were given nice rooms as seen on the homepage. Three couples received old rooms, definitely not worth the same price. It was disappointing and almost ruined our stay.
