Positive: The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was really good, good location and a shortish walk into the old town. The only thing that disapointed me was the room. BAthroom was decent but the bathroom fan was not working. The room was a bit cramped and there was no kettle or cups for tea and coffee.

Positive: We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. Not large but enough to satisfy most people. We also liked the staff they were friendly and helpful.

Negative: This hotel is further away than you imagine for the U bahn. I chose it for the proximity to transportation. The room I had as a single was so so small and not comfortable. The bathroom toilet was about a foot from the wall my knees almost touching. The decor is tired and well I know I would not return. It was not dirty just worn.

Positive: Excellent location. The breakfast staff, in particular the man with the longer whiteish hair, was excellent, kind, accomodating and really fantastic. The food was a great spread and the time window was generous to make breakfast. The room was clean and spacious by European city standards (for the price point). There was staff at the front desk 24/7 which was actually really great for random questions and concerns over the course of our long stay (a full week).

Positive: The staff was extremely helpful, nice and spoke English very well! The breakfast was an amazing well balanced selection. It was about a 20min walk to many of the major attractions. It was about a 7min walk to the entrance of the U-Bahn. It was a quiet part of Munich, off the major streets. Highly recommend this place!

Negative: The room was quite smaller than the picture could portray. Not a deal breaker for me and my husband though. The major thing for me was the fact that the pillows had nothing to them. My husband loved them but I did not.
