Summary: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room outdated. No kettle/tea tray in room but free to use coffee machine in lobby Shower not draining properly, one had to wait. No blackout curtains.

Summary: The current accommodation is in need of an update, which the new hotel will hopefully resolve. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Did not like the fact that the room door locked with a physical key rather than a key card.
